1. “Try Me” Tester
With every perfume, you receive a free tester of the same fragrance. If you're not satisfied, you can return the sealed original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Applicable to all products: you can return them without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. The return is completed by sending an email to ecommerce@vgcharme.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating:
- Order number
- Will to withdraw
- Proof of purchase
3. Return Conditions
- The product must be intact and unopened (seal intact).
- Complete original packaging (tags, accessories, packaging).
- In case of suspicion of opening/tampering, the return may be refused.
