1. "Try Me" Tester

With each perfume, you receive a complimentary tester of the same fragrance. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the sealed main product package within 14 days of receipt.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Applicable to all products: you can return products without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. The withdrawal is completed by sending an email to ecommerce@vgcharme.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating:

• Order number
• Intention to withdraw
• Proof of purchase

3. Return Conditions

• The product must be intact and unopened (seal unbroken).
• Complete original packaging (tags, accessories, packing).
• In case of suspected opening/tampering, the return may be refused.
