Free Tester

For every perfume purchased, you’ll receive a tester of the same fragrance to try without opening the sealed package.

⚠️ If the main package is opened, you will no longer be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code (sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).

Additionally, as a special gift:

• For every €50 spent, you are entitled to one free "try me" tester of another fragrance of your choice, to discover new olfactory experiences (1 tester per €50). If you have specific preferences or wish to explore certain scents, please indicate them in the order notes before checkout; testers will be provided subject to availability. If no preference is indicated, VG Charme will select the most suitable testers for your purchase ✨. Any extra testers not included in the promotion will not be shipped. 🌸

Payment Authorization and Charge

Authorization on the payment method occurs at checkout. The amount is held on the card until the order is confirmed. The actual charge occurs only when the order is shipped.

Invoice: If you wish to receive an invoice for your order, please request it in the order notes (before checkout) specifying billing details, or send an email to ecommerce@vgcharme.com within a few minutes of placing your order.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking code for your package.

You can track the shipment via Poste Italiane or the courier’s tracking portal. You can also customize delivery (e.g., time slot or pick-up point) using the PostePlus service, available upon registration. The availability of this service is managed entirely by Poste Italiane, and VG Charme cannot guarantee its activation or successful customization.

Liability and Support

VG Charme is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events.

In case of a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Compensation from the courier cannot be obtained if damage is not reported at the time of delivery or collection.

Before completing your order, please carefully verify the shipping address. For urgent corrections, contact us as soon as possible.
