🎁💝 As a special gift: for every €50 spent, you'll receive one free "try me" tester of another fragrance of your choice to discover new olfactory experiences (one tester for every €50). If you have special preferences or would like to discover specific fragrances, please indicate their name in the order notes in your cart before checking out; testers will be provided subject to availability. If you don't specify, VG Charme will select the testers best suited to your purchase ✨. Any additional testers not included in the promotion will not be shipped. 🌸

🎁You can request free gift wrapping by specifying in the Order Notes in your cart (before checkout) whether you would like free gift wrapping and a gift card, and for which products in your cart.

1. “Try Me” Tester

With every perfume, you receive a free tester of the same fragrance. If you're not satisfied, you can return the sealed original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Applicable to all products: you can return them without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. The return is completed by sending an email to ecommerce@vgcharme.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating:

• Order number
• Will to withdraw
• Proof of purchase

3. Return Conditions

• The product must be intact and unopened (seal intact).
• Complete original packaging (tags, accessories, packaging).
• In case of suspicion of opening/tampering, the return may be refused.
